Hi, I’m Megan. I consider myself an “orthopelvic” PT. I specialize in helping pregnant and postpartum athletes navigate pregnancy and postpartum while maintaining pelvic health. I empower my clients to continue doing the activities they love as they transition into a new season of life. I have a passion for helping running recover and rebuild strength so they can return to run symptom free postpartum. I have been a PT for 13 years and started specializing in pregnancy and postpartum about 5 years ago. I have my certification in Obstetric PT and my Coaching Certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism. I am grateful to be a small part of my clients’ journey.

Hello, I’m Mandi (she/her). I am a board-certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist whose aim is to collaborate with and nurture you to be your healthiest you. My aim is to help you do the things you love without limitation—whether that means caring for your family, hiking through the woods, or being intimate with your partner.

My passion is nurturing individuals throughout the childbearing years—from those who experience pelvic pain or fertility struggles; navigating pregnancy, the fourth trimester & beyond; to wise elders in their peri- or post-menopausal years. I believe each season of our life comes with its own unique gifts and challenges, and I work to honor the cyclical nature of life while helping individuals embrace each season to move through it with grace and ease.

My care integrates the Western medical training I received with a more integrative and intuitive approach I have learned from spending thousands of hours with individuals, as well as Holistic Pelvic Care™ which focuses on addressing both physical and energetic imbalances in the pelvic bowl. You can learn more about this approach at wildfeminine.com.

I am a white cis-gendered woman who is able-bodied and straight-sized. I value people of every race, gender, and ability. Weight is not brought up in the clinic; you will never be told to lose weight or that your body size is the cause of your symptoms. I reside on the traditional lands of the Puyallup and Coast Salish people and strive to create an actively anti-racist brave space.
